Digital furnishings and decor are added to each image, with two rounds of revisions included.
Virtual Staging
Digitally furnished listing photos for vacant homes, rental turnovers, and properties where the seller has already moved out. Available for both residential and commercial spaces.
Deliverables:
MLS-ready, digitally staged images, delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
Pricing:
Per Image: $95 (includes two revision rounds)
Whole Home: $650 (up to 8 images)
à la carte:
Accent renewal: $125/mo
(prorated after the initial 45 days)
In-Home Staging
Staging using our inventory of furnishings plus curated accent pieces, prepared for listing photography. Residential only at this time.

Consultation: $200
(fully credited toward a full staging package)

Staging Day:
A dedicated day on-site to execute the plan.
Punch List:
items to address before listing photography.
Listing Period:
Accent styling remains in place for 45 days, with a monthly renewal option after.
Retrieval:
Staging items are removed once the home goes pending
Process:
Scope and fee are defined upfront, itemized across design, materials, and labor. Work proceeds per the agreed project plan, with sourcing and any contractor coordination managed throughout.
Interior Design
Per-project design work, including fireplace transformations, room refreshes, and finish selection. Every design fee is fully credited toward a staging package if the client later books one.
Deliverables:
Completed design project per the agreed scope, with an itemized cost breakdown.
Pricing:
Quoted per project. Design fee plus materials at cost with a 15 to 20 percent markup.
